Approved by the Board of Investment, the Dutch Bay Resort is a US$255mn development focused on tourism. The EIA examined the environmental and social impacts of the proposed development and suggested mitigatory measures to minimize any possible adverse consequences for the pristine nature in the site. The EIA was conducted according to the Terms of Reference (TOR) issued by the Coast Conservation Department, which is the Project Approving Agency (PAA).
