We are proud to announce a significant milestone for EML Consultants PLC as we enter into an agreement with Rividhanavi (Pvt) Ltd. to undertake the Comprehensive ARP Implementation Audit and Supplementary Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP) for the landmark 100 MW Rividhanavi Solar Project in Siyambalanduwa — Sri Lanka’s first large-scale solar power project.
Having previously undertaken the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for this pioneering project, EML Consultants is proud to continue its journey alongside Rividhanavi, supporting the project through an IFC Performance Standard 5 (PS5)-aligned ARP Implementation Audit and Supplementary Livelihood Restoration Plan.
This engagement reflects our continued commitment to supporting responsible, inclusive, and sustainable development, while helping ensure that project-affected communities are appropriately considered throughout the project lifecycle.
