Havelock City Project is a mixed urban development comprising residential apartments, shopping complex; recreational facilities, a 300 room hotel and other urban amenities. The project is aptly described as a ‘City within a City’. EML was responsible for all environmental and social aspects of the project. The EIA report included an Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) to ensure environmental safeguards maintained at all stages of construction.
