Biodiversity study on the abundance and behavioral patterns / wild life in the project area with specific reference to the elephants and endangered fish species considering the cumulative impacts of both Kaluganga and Moragahakanda projects. Preparation of a comprehensive wild life management plan together with a monitoring programme. Preparation of a transplanting and translocation plan (including salvaging/rescuing of plants and animals to translocate and transplant displaced /affected fauna and flora. Preparation of a mitigatory plan including mitigatory measures to minimize impacts.
